By accessing or using SocialPulse Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Description of Service

SocialPulse Pro is a social media analytics platform that provides tracking, analysis, benchmarking, and growth intelligence tools for Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Telegram, and Reddit accounts. The Service includes features such as Creator Score, Viral Score, content scheduling, AI insights, and reporting.

We do not guarantee any specific growth results, follower increases, or earnings. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes only and may not always reflect real-time platform statistics.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the selected plan price to your payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with platform terms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Telegram, Reddit).
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Not use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and software provided by SocialPulse Pro are the property of Adrian Wright, co-created with Dr A and Spark, and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit or post through the Service. By adding social accounts for tracking, you grant us permission to retrieve and display publicly available analytics data for your use within the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrian Wright (SocialPulse Pro, co-created with Dr A and Spark) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party platform data, changes to platform APIs, or any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
