SocialPulse Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a social media analytics platform operated by Adrian Wright, based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide tools for tracking, analysing, and growing social media accounts across Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Telegram, and Reddit.

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
• Social media data: Publicly available profile information (usernames, follower counts, engagement rates, post counts, bios) fetched via the Apify web-scraping service for accounts you choose to track.
• Content you create: Posts, captions, and scheduling data you enter into the app.
• Billing information: Subscription plan and status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Telegram Chat ID: Stored if you connect Telegram notifications, used only to send you alerts you've opted into.
• Gmail & Google Calendar access: If you connect Gmail, we use it to send outreach emails you compose. If you connect Google Calendar, we sync your scheduled post reminders to your calendar. We never read your emails or store their contents.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general analytics to help us improve the product.

• To provide and operate the SocialPulse Pro service.
• To process your subscription and manage billing through Stripe.
• To send you growth alerts and notifications via Telegram (only if you enable this).
• To generate AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your account data.

12. Request Account Deletion (No Login Required)

You do not need to log in to SocialPulse Pro to request deletion of your account and all tracked social media data. If you have forgotten your login credentials, lost access to your email, or simply prefer not to sign in, you can still exercise your right to erasure.

Prefer to do it yourself? Logged-in users can also delete their account directly from the app via Settings → Delete Account. Both methods result in the same permanent, irreversible deletion.

13. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Safety Standards

SocialPulse Pro is committed to protecting children and does not tolerate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation in any form on our platform.

• Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older to create an account. SocialPulse Pro is a social media analytics tool and is not directed at children.
• Zero Tolerance: Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection.
• Reporting: Users can report suspected CSAM or exploitative content to . All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Enforcement: Violating accounts are permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
• Data Minimisation: SocialPulse Pro does not host user-generated media content. It retrieves publicly available analytics data (follower counts, engagement rates) and does not store private images or messages.
